RevenuePilotAI (“we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information. By using RevenuePilotAI you agree to the practices described here.

Information We Collect
- Account information. When you register, we collect your name and email address to create and manage your account.
- Usage data. We collect information about how you interact with the platform — pages visited, features used, and AI queries submitted — to improve the product.
- CRM and sales data. Any account, deal, contact, or note data you enter is stored securely and used solely to power your RevenuePilotAI workspace. We do not share, sell, or analyse this data for any purpose other than providing the service to you.
- Knowledge Base documents. Files you upload to the Knowledge Base are stored and indexed for retrieval by the AI agents within your account only.

How We Use Your Information
- To operate and deliver the RevenuePilotAI service, including AI-powered sales assistance, CRM action proposals, and outreach drafts.
- To authenticate your account and maintain session security.
- To send transactional emails (e.g., password resets). We do not send marketing emails without explicit consent.
- To monitor platform health, diagnose errors, and improve reliability.

Data Storage and Security
- Your data is stored using Supabase, a SOC 2 Type II compliant database platform with encryption at rest and in transit.
- Row-level security (RLS) policies ensure that each user can only access their own data.
- AI queries are processed via the Anthropic API. Prompts are not used to train Anthropic's models under the current API agreement.
- We employ industry-standard security practices including HTTPS, hashed passwords, and regular dependency updates.

Cookies and Tracking
- We use session cookies necessary for authentication. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
- No analytics third parties (e.g., Google Analytics) are currently active on this platform.

Data Sharing
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
- We share data only with the infrastructure providers required to operate the service (Supabase for database, Anthropic for AI inference, Netlify for hosting). Each provider is bound by their own data processing agreements.
- We may disclose data if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

Demo and Portfolio Context
- RevenuePilotAI is currently a portfolio and demonstration project. Pre-loaded demo data (accounts, deals, contacts) is fictional and for illustrative purposes only.
- If you are a recruiter or evaluator accessing the demo account, please do not enter real personal or business data.

Your Rights
- You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at the email below.
- You may export your data or request a copy of the information we hold about you.
- If you are located in the EU or UK, you have additional rights under GDPR, including the right to rectification, erasure, and data portability.

Changes to This Policy
- We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notice or email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
