Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using RevenuePilotAI. They form a legally binding agreement between you and RevenuePilotAI regarding your use of the Service.

Acceptance of Terms
- By accessing or using RevenuePilotAI (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
- These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

Description of Service
- RevenuePilotAI is an agentic AI-powered sales assistant that helps B2B sales professionals with account research, deal strategy, outreach drafting, and CRM action planning.
- The Service currently operates as a portfolio and demonstration project. Features, availability, and pricing are subject to change without notice.
- The AI agents are powered by Anthropic's Claude models. Output is generated probabilistically and should always be reviewed by a human before being acted upon.

User Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials.
- You may not share your account or allow others to access the Service through your credentials.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that are inactive for an extended period.

Acceptable Use
- You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
- You must not use the Service to transmit spam, malware, or unlawful content; to harass or harm others; or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system.
- You must not reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract source code or model weights from the Service.
- Demo accounts are provided for evaluation purposes only. Please do not enter real customer data or sensitive business information into the demo environment.

AI-Generated Content
- The AI agents generate content based on your inputs and knowledge base documents. This content is provided for informational and productivity purposes only.
- RevenuePilotAI does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated output.
- You are solely responsible for reviewing AI-generated CRM actions, emails, and recommendations before acting on them. No CRM write occurs without your explicit approval.

Intellectual Property
- The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by RevenuePilotAI and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
- Content you upload (knowledge base documents, CRM data) remains yours. By uploading content you grant us a limited licence to process it solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
- AI-generated output produced in response to your prompts is yours to use, subject to Anthropic's usage policies.

Disclaimers
- The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement.
- We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
- AI outputs may contain errors or hallucinations. They do not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice.

Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, RevenuePilotAI and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
- Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (or $0 for free accounts).

Third-Party Services
- The Service integrates with Supabase (database), Anthropic (AI inference), and Netlify (hosting). Your use of the Service is also subject to their respective terms.
- We are not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services.

Changes to Terms
- We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notice or email at least 14 days before taking effect.
- Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law
- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
